When a person makes roti it is not just making food with each step the maker put in emotions and prayer for those who will consume the same. Whole kneading we want it to be perfect so the roti are soft and puffy which marks care. While making the balls we unconsciously or consciously put in prayers of contentment. While rolling it with the pin we carefully do it to assert the right amount of pressure symbolizing that each relationship needs the perfect amount of strenght to flourish and when we finally start cooking in onto tava the warmth is that of love and the puffness is the prayers of flourishing health and love and contentment to those who will consume it with the other dishes to provide them perfect amount of nutrition and satisfaction along with the happiness the love and the sweet memories that will remain forever..  Cooking is not just skill or art in india if you do it correctly it is prayers and wishes with every step

"As the thoughts come and go by... just can't hold them all at once.. they slip just like sand in my hands and time moves on...", this is me today morning. Well its a sunny day of summer and the morning light and warmth are overwhelming... it just penetrates and touches the soul with the enlightenment and another day blessed. Life is more than just material.. reaching out to realization the truth brings out more to be discovered within than outside. We all live a life filled with so much to discover reach out and grasp outside that we forget its easier and happier to reach out within... trying living with oneself first would open up so much more. Discovering oneself is the true discovery every individual can make and reach the first level  of true enlightenment of life.
